What if I have a complaint or I am unhappy with my purchase?

At Hammond & Harper of London we are constantly striving to improve our customer’s shopping experience and therefore welcome your comments, good or bad. Your complaint will then be dealt with as part of our no quibble guarantee policy.

What is your returns policy?

When can I expect a refund after returning my purchase?

Once we have received your item we will process the return and action a refund within 2 working days (depending on your bank or building society).

Orders up to £50.00 – Delivery charge £3.75
Orders over £50.00 – Delivery charge £5.50
Orders over £100.00 – FREE delivery
UK Mainland Next Day Delivery – (+£5.00) This is available to UK Mainland customers only and excludes weekends and bank holidays. You must place your order before 1pm. (subject to change without notice).

How do I pay for my order online?

When you have selected your items and are ready to pay, click on the Proceed to checkout button, which appears on the My Bag page. If you are an existing customer, please login at the top of the page. If you are a new customer, simply fill in your details, before reading and checking the box marked terms and conditions. Once you click the Place order button, you will then be taken to our secure Sagepay checkout to make the payment.

Is shopping online with Hammond and Harper secure?

Yes, we take payments via a secure checkout facility and have a recognised server security certificate, as indicated by the padlock symbol in your browser.

How do know if you have my item in stock?

When can I expect to receive my purchase?

For customers on the UK mainland, deliveries normally take 5-7 working days for stock items.

Will I receive confirmation once I have placed an order?

Yes you will receive confirmation of your order by email/post once your details and payment have been confirmed.

What if I only receive part of my order?

The delivery note that comes with your order will show you the items enclosed and also indicate those items that are to shortly follow.

How do I check the status of my order?

What happens if my credit/debit card has been refused?

If your credit card or debit card has been refused, please contact our sales office on 01942 402516 and we will be happy to help you process your payment.

Where is your Showroom?

We operate a sales counter at Lockie House Withins Road, Haydock, St Helens WA11 9UD. Opening hours are from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
